On 1 June 2004, Zhangjiagang Tangqiao Committee signed up a contract with BTC and commissioned BTC to act for introducing investors into Zhangjiagang Tangqiao Development Zone.

Today, BTC is expecting investors from worldwide especially from European and Far East.
